Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Pink Martini Collection


Returns and Replacements

Defective or unworn and unwashed items can be returned for the value purchased (this excludes shipping and handling). Items must have the tag attached in order to be returned. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size but cannot be returned.

All returns must be approved first by our customer service team within 14 days of receiving purchase. All return claims must be filled out on our Return Authorization Form below. It can take up to 2 business days for the return approval. Once the return is approved, you will be notified via e-mail to ship back your items. All return items must have a tracking number and receipt attached with the garment. We will cover the cost to ship the item to us if the value is over $100 in the U.S. and Canada only. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed, and received. We will not under any circumstance accept returns on final sale items, special orders, or undergarments. R/A claims made after 2 weeks will not be considered.

We do not credit any Pink Martini merchandise purchased from department stores or independent boutiques.
